AutoVision 1000 TCI system is a part of a family of automated visual inspection systems introduced to the pharmaceutical industry in 1995. This highly specialized validated system utilizes unique color processing algorithms and state-of-the-art lighting. It is an on-line, modular turnkey vision system capable of inspecting tablets for correct color within specified range and size at specified location in the package and stray material elsewhere. In addition, TCI system differentiates partially filled and empty packages and provides separate I/O signals to conveyer PLC.
